It took 120 yards of sand to fill the foundation and do the needed excavating. Extreme open concept, view from kitchen. Another visitor. 

 Finally we have are concrete walls in and they look great.

 While waiting for the poured walls to be done we busted up the old footings, clean up the sand piles and picked up 80 sheets of 2 inch foam for under the concrete floors (on sale at Menards). Also had an early morning visitor (turtle).
